Job summary

無綫集團有限公司 is seeking a capable IT systems analyst to conduct requirement analysis, system design, and develop comprehensive plans and documentation. You will collaborate with internal users to gather and clarify user requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

You will also analyze user requests to provide effective technical solutions, maintain existing systems, participate in user acceptance testing and training, and support ongoing application operations.

• Conduct requirement analysis, system design and develop comprehensive plans and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal users to gather and clarify user requirements.
• Analyze user requests and inquiries to provide effective technical solutions.
• Maintain and support existing systems while also providing user acceptance testing, delivering user training, and ensuring ongoing application support.
• Identify and propose viable enhancements to existing systems.
• Plan and coordinate with team members for the successful implementation of new application systems.
• Hands-on development of applications may be required.
