Job summary

Company Corporate Office is seeking an Assistant Sustainability Officer to support ESG data consolidation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across units. The role involves assisting in CSR programmes, staying updated on global standards, and providing administrative support to the ESG team.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related disciplines and 1–3 years of ESG experience, with English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or related disciplines.
1-3 years of relevant ESG data consolidation and reporting experience.
Basic knowledge of HKEX ESG Reporting Code, ISSB Standards, GRI Standards, and GHG Accounting preferred.
Event management experience is an advantage.
Meticulous, organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in ESG data consolidation and review data collected from business units/stakeholders for sustainability reporting.
Support ESG initiatives including benchmarking, ratings, stakeholder engagement and sustainability research.
Assist in execution of CSR programmes and community activities.
Keep abreast of global sustainability standards and local regulatory developments.
Provide administrative support for the department and assist with ad hoc projects.
