Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking highly motivated full-time students for a 10-week trading system engineering summer internship program. The role focuses on low latency C++ trading system development and data-driven problem solving, with mentorship from senior developers.

Open to students at HK/Singapore universities intending to graduate in 2028, with visa sponsorship available and opportunities for long-term placement in Hong Kong. Housing and travel are covered for the internship.

Qualifications

• Studying at a Hong Kong or Singapore based university and plan to graduate in 2028.
• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or closely related STEM discipline
• Strong software development skills in C++, C, Rust, C#, or Java, and some Python experience.
• Intention to graduate with a minimum of a bachelor's degree and begin full time employment by August 2028
• Exceptional logical reasoning skills
• Visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging projects for our trading strategy development teams in low latency C++ trading system development.
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand nuances of building complex trading strategies.
• Gain education about financial markets and Susquehanna's approach to trading.
• Apply strong technical skills to problems at the intersection of trading, data, and technology.
