Hang Seng Bank invites full-time university students to join its Student Internship Programme, spanning Audit, CIO, COO, Commercial Banking, Finance and more. You will gain valuable banking knowledge and early exposure to graduate opportunities.

The six-month programme runs January 2027 to June 2027, with on-the-job trainings and structured learning. Strong performers may be considered for Management Trainee or other graduate pathways.

Qualifications

• Full-time university students, or bachelor’s degree holder with deferred full-time master’s degree offer.
• Be innovative and creative to new ideas and approaches.
• Have growth mindset to challenge the status quo and courage to explore new opportunities.
• Ability to communicate with impact, influence and present confidently.
• Demonstrate a team-player spirit with strong integrity and work ethic.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing

Responsibilities

• Assist across multiple functions listed (Audit, CIO, COO, Commercial Banking, Finance, Global Markets, etc.).
• Receive on-the-job training and constructive feedback from experienced professionals.
• Gain exposure to bank’s day-to-day operations and market insights.
• Explore potential career paths including Management Trainee or other graduate opportunities upon performance.
