The role combines research, sales and client engagement, requiring collaboration with front office teams, and the ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent required.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Ability to design and implement client segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Research Distribution: optimise delivery of research products across institutional and internal clients.
• Client Strategy & Segmentation: augment Equity client segmentation framework for cross-department use based on revenue potential.
• Client Analytics & Insights: produce regular analytics on client engagement, servicing intensity, and commercial outcomes; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Commercial Impact: identify opportunities to increase revenue through better targeting, distribution and client prioritisation; support linking engagement to trading activity and commissions.
• Process & Platform Enhancement: improve distribution processes, workflow efficiency, data capture, and collaborate with Technology to enhance tooling and reporting capabilities.
