Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative tasks and daily operations for the team.
• Assist in event coordination including networking events and delegation receptions.
• Manage staff travel bookings, itineraries and expense claims.
• Monitor Mainland project progress and partnership activities; report outcomes.
• Coordinate reception requests and invitations; manage event briefs.
• Draft and review key documents for plans, reports and agreements.
• Translate and adapt content between English and Chinese as needed.
• Coordinate with Club divisions on budgets, procurement and branding.
• Serve as liaison for partners in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Support HQ coordination with reports and presentations for Head Office.
