AS Watson Retail (HK) Limited is seeking a strategic People Partner to align people strategies with business priorities, strengthening talent and culture across our retail network. You will partner with store leaders, coach managers, and drive workforce initiatives to enhance customer experience and business performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, engagement, and organisational change in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business needs into people strategies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across levels.
Data-driven decision making using workforce metrics and trends.
Retail, FMCG, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to translate people strategies into measurable business outcomes.
Provide coaching and support on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
Lead workforce planning discussions and guide manpower decisions within assigned areas.
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions.
Identify retention risks and recommend actions to improve engagement and productivity.
Support organisational change initiatives across retail operations and functions.
