Our client, a Hong Kong-listed technology company, seeks a Senior Investor Relations Manager to lead engagement with investors, analysts, and senior executives. You will design IR strategies, communicate financial performance and growth plans, and ensure consistent messaging across the company.

Responsibilities include preparing investor materials, acting as the primary contact for inquiries, collaborating with management, and monitoring market sentiment to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and investment strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies to communicate performance and growth plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present investor reports and presentations.
• Act as a point of contact for investor inquiries and provide timely information.
