Qualifications

Degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
Advanced professional qualifications (CFA/CPA) and/or MBA/masters are a plus.
15+ years of investor relations or financial communications experience in manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing investor relations strategies to enhance market perception and engagement.
Serves as the primary contact for investors, analysts and financial stakeholders.
Prepare and present financial and strategic updates to stakeholders and the investment community.
Collaborate with senior management to align communications with company objectives.
Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to provide leadership insights.
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely dissemination of financial information.
Manage investor events, roadshows and earnings calls to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Develop and maintain investor materials including presentations, press releases and annual reports.
