Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, procurement, or supply chain management.
• 2+ years in food procurement, cost control, and full-set accounting within F&B or canteens.
• Proficient in full-set accounting procedures and MS Excel.
• Independent, analytical with strong negotiation skills and integrity.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily procurement of food ingredients, consumables, and kitchen equipment.
• Verify vendor invoices and perform reconciliations; process payment requisitions.
• Handle bookkeeping, cost accounting, and petty cash management for canteen operations.
• Prepare monthly P&L, cost analysis, and budget variance reports for management.
• Conduct inventory counts; monitor waste and margins; help optimize procurement costs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and financial guidelines; cooperate with internal audits.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
