Job summary

Guotai Junan International is seeking a Business Support Analyst in Corporate Finance in Hong Kong. You will conduct in-depth industry and company research, maintain financial models, and handle reports and daily tasks for the team.

You will provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the department and senior management, coordinate with different levels, and ensure timely delivery of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines is preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in research, administration, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing.
• Hard working, patient, detail-minded and well-organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with different levels of people.
• Able to work independently in a fast pace environment; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and in-depth research on industries and public companies, maintain and update financial models and databases.
• Handle report, daily tasks as assigned by the team head from time to time.
• Handle business correspondence and confidential documents as required.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned; provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the department and senior management.
