Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a strategic Business Development role focused on Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. You will identify new opportunities, lead full sales cycles, and build long-term client relationships across Creative, Digital, SEO, and AI-driven marketing solutions.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in digital BD, strong consultative selling, and a regional network across HK/GBA. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Creative Digital, Search, SEO, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and discovery through pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct in-depth prospect research to understand business needs, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
• Develop business opportunities across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, including Chinese companies expanding internationally.
• Lead complex pre-sales and RFP processes, collaborating with internal production and delivery teams on tailored solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline while monitoring market trends and representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
