Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a high-caliber Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will shape financial strategy, drive regulatory compliance, capital planning, ALM, and expense control across the bank.

Leading a 10+ person finance organization, the role demands deep expertise in HKMA reporting, governance, and cross‑functional leadership to support digital banking growth and sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid HKICPA qualification or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of progressive financial leadership in Hong Kong banking.
• Strong knowledge of HKMA regulatory reporting standards and capital requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, regulatory compliance, ALM, and expense control across the bank.
• Partner with CEO/Board to deliver strategic financial insights and growth plans.
• Oversee HKMA reporting, statutory audits, tax filings, and external auditor relations.
• Direct ALM and balance sheet strategies to optimize liquidity and risk.
