Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the AI-powered freight operating system across ops surfaces.
• Drive business impact by tying initiatives to costs, throughput, and margins.
• Reengineer operations and redesign processes before automation.
• Lead end-to-end domain work from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Commercial and regional leaders.
• Build metrics frameworks that connect automation rates and business outcomes.
