Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior middleware architect to lead the design and optimization of microservice governance and data middlewares. You will drive the selection and implementation of middleware technologies to ensure high availability and scalability across distributed systems.

The role requires deep knowledge of Spring Cloud, RPC frameworks, messaging middlewares, and NoSQL/SQL databases, with a track record of large-scale architecture design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in middleware/distributed systems architecture.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize microservice governance frameworks (e.g., SpringCloud) and data middlewares.
• Research and select middleware solutions for high availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop and tune microservice frameworks like Spring Boot/Spring Cloud.
• Understand RPC mechanisms and messaging queues to improve distributed data consistency.
• Design efficient data storage solutions to optimize access performance and cost.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and incident response of middleware systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and promote team capabilities.
