Hang Seng Bank Limited in Central, Hong Kong Island, is seeking a Senior Relationship Service Officer to deliver quality support to corporate clients and relationship managers under SLAs. You will identify improvement areas, liaise with internal teams, and compile management reports while maintaining strong customer relationships and after-sales support.

Requirements include a Diploma or above in Business Administration/Finance, bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, and banking

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
• Proven experience providing administrative/support in banking or professional firms an advantage.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills; Putonghua preferred.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Relationship Service Officer.

• Deliver quality and consistent support service to Corporate clients and relationship managers (RM). Ensure daily operation deployed in a consistent manner and sufficiently aligned to the SLAs (service level agreement) of various processes.
• Proactively identify area of improvement could provide more support / added value.
• Communicate and liaise with internal parties to resolve internal/external customer concerns/issues.
• Assist on handle and gatekeeping reports quality consolidated from relationship managers (RM) and compile periodic status tracking reports, management information and performance statistics for management oversight.
• Maintain good customer relationship by providing quality after-sales support and logistics as assigned
• Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual goals in support of the development of Corporate Banking.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred
• Proven experience in providing administrative support in banking or professional firms an advantage
• Understanding in bills operations, credit system, credit approval and related documentation procedures an advantage
• Strong PC user with good MS Office or Excel skills
• Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Relationship Service Officer.)
