InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Specialist/Assistant Manager in Legal and Compliance with a technology focus to join a permanent role in a financial institution context in Hong Kong. You will draft and review documents, participate in project meetings, and prepare regulatory and cybersecurity reports.

The ideal candidate has an LLB or related degree, 2–3 years of relevant FinTech/financial industry experience, and knowledge of tech risk and data privacy.

Qualifications

• University degree holder in Laws (LLB) or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in financial industry, law firms or FinTech companies.
• Understanding of technology risk management and cybersecurity best practices, with knowledge in legal and technology compliance matters related to FinTech, data privacy, and/or industry practices.
• CISA, CISM or ITIL Certificates and/or other IT and/or cybersecurity-related certificates would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good analytical and communication skills and able to work under pressure, attention to details and dedicated.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.

Responsabilités

• Assist in handling the relevant legal and technology compliance works of the company, including drafting and reviewing of documents, participating in project-related meetings, preparing reports etc.
• Provide support on relevant regulatory and compliance issues (e.g. data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property), and keep abreast of the latest cyber security-related law-enforcement, regulatory, and/or industry requirements.
• Responsible for liaising with internal and external parties under supervision.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
