Job summary

Change Group Hong Kong Limited is expanding its team and seeks experienced merchandisers for Womenswear. The role covers costing, product development, sampling, and mass production follow-up, with active coordination with vendors and the company HQ in Hong Kong.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of merchandising experience in sourcing, be familiar with overseas markets, and possess strong communication and MS Office skills to ensure smooth production progress.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years merchandising experience in sourcing.
• Familiar with overseas market preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily merchandising activities, including costing, product development, sampling, and mass production follow up
• Maintain the merchandising & production system records regularly
• To execute production tasks and elevate/rectify any issues in a prompt and sound manner
• To proactively monitor/update production WIP
• To carry out PO maintenance duties in an accurate and prompt manner
• To maintain close communication with vendors and headquarters
