Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd seeks a cable assembly technician in Ang Mo Kio to perform soldering and related cable preparation duties. You will cut, strip, crimp, shield and measure cables, and read drawings to ensure quality. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with AWS and OT benefits.

The role requires willingness to undergo a 3–6 month soldering training programme and prior experience in assembling or soldering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling or soldering is preferred.
• Commit to a 3–6 months structured soldering training programme.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cables including soldering work.
• Prepare cables by cutting, stripping, crimping, shielding and measuring.
• Perform visual inspection to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Read and understand cable drawings and work instructions.
• Follow all safety, quality and housekeeping procedures.
