Job summary

ASTRI, based in Hong Kong, is looking for a software developer to conduct coding, debugging, and testing of algorithms. The role requires a Master’s in relevant fields and strong skills in C/C++/Python as well as GUI development.

The successful candidate will support industrial partnerships and contribute to software solutions on a five-day work week, with competitive salary and benefits including paid leave and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience; candidates with less experience may be considered.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code implementation, debugging, and testing for algorithms.
• Develop the whole software solution for both project and customer deliverables.
• Provide technical support for industrial partners.

Skills

C/C++/Python programming skills

Cross-platform programming

GUI development (QT, ThreeJS, VTK, OpenGL, WebGL)

Software architecture knowledge

Education
