Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd, a Hong Kong–China licensed employment consulting and audit firm, is seeking an Audit & Assurance professional for its Hong Kong office. The role focuses on delivering high-quality SME audits, leading a small audit team, and developing junior staff with a hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree with 4–6 years of post-qualification audit experience, solid HKFRS/HKSA knowledge, and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 4–6 years post-qualification audit experience.
• Solid HKFRS/HKSA knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a lean, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle audit engagements independently from planning through reporting for SME clients.
• Prepare tax computations and schedules to support filings.
• Lead and supervise junior audit staff; review working papers and ensure HKSA/HKFRS compliance.
• Serve as a key client contact: gather information, resolve queries, explain audit findings and support timely engagements.
• Identify audit risks and compliance matters and escalate to the business owner.
• Coach and develop junior staff through training and feedback.
• Support process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive audit culture.
