Job summary

Links International is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and monitor on-site construction progress and quality for new projects in Hong Kong. You will liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve project-related issues and conduct inspections with Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Building Studies or related field, with 4 years of building construction experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• TCP T1 and Certificate in Safety Supervision are preferred.
• 4 years solid working experience in building construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the progress and quality of construction work on-site for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and workmanship.
• Act as a liaison between consultants, contractors, regarding project-related matters.
• Conduct inspections in collaboration with Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and memos.
