Kee Cheong Engineering Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Project Officer/Coordinator to support repairs, renovations and minor A&A projects. The role involves liaising with clients, consultants and management offices, coordinating schedules, and maintaining project documentation.

You will conduct site inspections, prepare tenders and cost estimates, and assist subcontractors. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience is preferable. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties including clients, consultants, management office on repairs, renovation and minor A&A projects.
• Assist management in preparation of maintenance and project document, in-house coordination with sub-contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspection/meetings and handle relevant enquiries and complaints.
• Tender/Quotation preparation & cost estimation.
