Job summary

Tianda Group Limited is seeking an experienced Responsible Officer to lead the SFC Type 4 and Type 9 licensing application and oversee ongoing compliance for its newly established asset management business. The RO will coordinate regulatory inquiries and ensure robust licensing, compliance, and internal controls.

The role requires licensure eligibility for SFC Type 4 and Type 9 activities, strong leadership, and excellent communication with regulators and advisers.

Qualifications

• Eligible to act as RO for SFC Type 4 and Type 9 activities with licensing experience.
• Strong understanding of SFC regulations, compliance and internal controls.
• Experience coordinating regulator inquiries and licensing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Type 4 and Type 9 licence application and coordinate SFC enquiries.
• Prepare licensing, compliance, business planning, and internal control documents.
• Act as RO upon approval and oversee regulated activities and ongoing compliance.
• Support business development, AUM growth and long-term profitability.
