Job summary

GoTymeX, the product, technology and design hub of Tyme Group, is seeking a Mid/Snr UX Writer to shape product copy and content standards across markets. You will write across product surfaces and define terminology that guides the team.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration with engineering, QA, legal and brand, and a hybrid work model. Relocation to Ho Chi Minh City is supported; SEA candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience writing for digital products.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both execution and strategic thinking.
• Experience collaborating with different teams across countries and time zones.
• Experience working in a crypto currency environment and explaining complex concepts to new users.
• Experience contributing to content standards, style guides, or pattern libraries.
• Strong product writing across microcopy, notifications, errors, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Write customer-facing copy for products with clarity and consistency across journeys.
• Contribute to and evolve our content standards, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Use AI tooling to identify inconsistencies, draft variants for testing, and inform content decisions.
• Review product messaging before going live to maintain quality across markets.
• Coordinate with the UX Writing hub to ensure localization and accessibility.
• Present and defend content decisions cross-functionally with engineering, QA, legal, and brand.
