Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to oversee funding pool management and balance sheet dynamics. You will coordinate with ASEAN entities on funding performance, lead senior debt issuance, and prepare ALCO/IRC materials.

The role requires extensive treasury/ALM experience, deep Basel III and HKMA risk framework knowledge, and strong Chinese/English communication. You will operate under pressure and contribute to strategic liquidity solutions.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines.
• 10+ years in treasury, ALM or risk management; experience in a sizable bank is a plus.
• Knowledge of Basel III and HKMA interest rate risk and liquidity risk management framework is essential.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Strong data analytics, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor balance sheet structure dynamics and propose strategy to balance risk and return.
• Engage with ASEAN entities to analyze funding pool performance and assist with liquidity issues.
• Lead and organize senior debt issuance.
• Prepare materials for ALCO & IRC meetings.
• Stay updated on financial markets and support ad-hoc projects as required.
