Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Senior Treasury Manager to lead and refine the funds transfer pricing framework and its policies, while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You will support ALCO strategies, monitor business movements, and propose ALM/FTP improvements.

Qualifications

Degree holder with major in BBA, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Accounting or related disciplines.
10+ years of experience in banking or financial industry, preferably treasury/risk/ALM.
Good planning, analytical and report writing skills; strong coordination and communication.
Proficiency in Chinese and English; Mandarin speaking is preferred.
Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative.

Responsibilities

Work as a key team member and responsible for managing the funds transfer pricing (FTP) mechanism and management policy, also review and maintain the daily operation of the mechanism.
Responsible for monitoring and to execute on ALCO business strategies and FTP support measures.
Monitor and analyze movement of business, propose related recommendations for asset and liability management objectives.
Assist to optimize the ALM and FTP system, develop behavioral models of products and customer segments and monitor the movement of trends.
Deal with the ASEAN subsidiaries and branches, and assist in the ASEAN to optimize the funds transfer pricing (FTP) mechanism.
Keep abreast of the latest financial markets and assist in ad-hoc project.
