Prenetics, Hong Kong-based health tech leader, seeks a Technical Lead to own architecture and delivery for our DTC and subscription platforms. Qualifications

• Personally owned production systems at scale or clear trajectory explained concisely.
• Hands-on leadership with continued code shipping.
• Strong across a modern web and cloud stack (TypeScript/Node, React, Python, AWS/GCP).
• Shipped consumer-facing or ecommerce products under real-world load.
• Data-driven decisions with metrics and instrumentation.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and shape playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability of order, subscription, and inventory data flows across Shopify, ERP, and fulfillment partners.
• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery for product lines across web, subscription, and data.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions balancing speed and maintainability.
• Lead and mentor engineers; set code quality, testing, and CI/CD standards.
• Recruit and grow the team as business scales.
• Instrument uptime, latency, conversion, renewal; prioritize by data.
• Partner with Growth on data foundation; ensure clean data to ad platforms.
• Own incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term prevention.
