The successful candidate will work with senior private bankers to craft tailored financing solutions for UHNW clients, advise on a wide range of lending products, and drive transaction execution from origination to implementation.

We seek a seasoned credit professional with deep structuring knowledge, cross-border experience, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking lending or related financing.
• Strong knowledge of credit structuring and collateral analysis.
• Experience with cross-border financing and complex wealth structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Familiarity with capital markets products and leveraged finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior private bankers to identify, structure, and execute tailored financing solutions for UHNW individuals, family offices, and entrepreneur clients.
• Advise on a broad spectrum of lending products including securities-backed financing, concentrated stock solutions, and real estate lending.
• Assess complex financing opportunities by understanding clients' wealth structures, liquidity needs, risk profile, and investment objectives.
• Drive credit transaction execution from origination through approval, documentation, and implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate and structure transactions involving larger credit exposures, non-standard collateral, and bespoke risk mitigation frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and front-office teams on lending-related matters and opportunities.
• Contribute to product innovation, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives to expand the lending franchise.
• Support development of credit governance, platform capabilities, and lending best practices.
