Job summary

Pan Asia Pacific Aviation Services Limited is seeking a Senior Store Officer to oversee the stores and tool room operations. You will supervise personnel, ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with HKCAD, CAAS and airworthiness standards, and manage receiving, stocking, dispatching and issuing of tools and spare parts.

You will drive improvements, maintain safety and cleanliness, and deliver reliable service under pressure in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Form 7 or above, diploma or degree an advantage.
• Experience in store and inventory management is preferred.
• IATA DGR certification preferable; knowledge in dangerous goods handling and logistics an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Mature, with good communication and interpersonal skills and a customer‑focussed attitude.
• Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks under high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Senior Store Officer, reporting to the Operations Controller, oversees Stores and Tool Room operations.
• Supervises the Stores and Tool Room day to day activities and personnel.
• Ensures compliance with HKCAD, CAAS and EASA/UKCAA airworthiness standards.
• Maintains inventory records and accurate tool lists for receiving, stocking, dispatching and issuing items.
• Drives process improvements to deliver efficient, high‑quality Stores operations.
• Performs duties as assigned by the Operations Controller.
