Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of dedicated credit evaluation experience within banking or financial institutions.
• Ability to analyze complex data, draft structured reports, and exercise independent credit judgment.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven with strong risk management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Regularly evaluate active loan portfolios to catch early signals of financial stress.
• Conduct scheduled reviews of client financial records and covenants for compliance.
• Design and execute restructuring arrangements for overdue accounts and renegotiate terms.
• Proactively contact clients via phone, email, and mail to address past-due statuses and coordinate settlements.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify drivers of default and develop loss-minimizing solutions.
• Review collection trends and propose refinements to boost recovery performance.
• Maintain precise, audit-compliant logs of dialogues, payment timelines, and milestones.
