The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office risk management, trading, and global macro experience. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of thriving in a demanding and dynamic environment, with the potential for leadership within the organization.## ## Key Responsibilities:* ## Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions for trading and risk management.* ## Leverage strong domain knowledge in front office risk, ex-ante and ex-post analytics to provide insights and support to clients.* ## Understand and interpret basic factor risk models, including Brinson and credit analytics.* ## Engage with trading platforms and OEMS tools to optimize performance and efficiency.* ## Develop expertise in non-linear asset classes, particularly in the context of global macroeconomic factors.* ## Provide high-level support to clients, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of solutions.* ## Act as a key point of contact in Singapore for all solutions engineering efforts, potentially leading the charge in reinvention initiatives.## ## Hong Kong Requirements:* ## **Experience:** 7 to 10 years* ## **Preferred Background:** Candidates should come from firms such as SS&C Eze, Broadridge, FlexTrade, Alphadesk, Tora, Arcana, or Omega Point.* ## **Skills:** Comprehensive understanding of OEMS and trading systems, alongside strong front office risk knowledge. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to remain in roles long enough to effectively onboard and ramp up to full productivity.## ## Singapore Requirements:* ## **Experience:** 9 to 12 years* ## **Preferred Background:** Candidates should have experience from firms such as LayerOne, Coremont, Orchestrade, or Bloomberg.* ## **Skills:** Significant background in Global Macro, with specific insights into non-linear asset classes such as Rates, Swaps, and Commodities. Must possess the maturity to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
