Job summary

HKT is seeking a Senior Solution Analyst / Solution Analyst for eMPF platform development. This large-scale program involves many stakeholders and aims to streamline processes across multiple business areas.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience as a technical solutions analyst, proven experience on large transformation projects, strong requirement gathering and documentation skills, and knowledge of SQL; fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Support project management through planning and the creation of functional specifications and UAT documentation.
