Reap is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Account Onboarding & Management team in Hong Kong. You’ll own the full development lifecycle of scalable features, building customer‑centric interfaces and robust backend services in a cross‑functional setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficiency in React.js ecosystem (TypeScript, Hooks, Redux/Zustand, React Query, MUI, Emotion/Styled Components).
• Backend: Node.js and TypeScript; API building; event-driven/serverless experience; Python/Go/Nest.js a plus.
• Cloud & Database: AWS Serverless, networking, containers; PostgreSQL/MySQL; SQL fundamentals; ORMs.
• Problem solving, debugging, balancing correctness with tradeoffs.
• Strong communication and ownership in fast-paced environment.
• AI-assisted coding tools experience and integrating LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications in AWS environment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to ship features end-to-end.
• Keep the tech stack modern by adopting latest industry trends.
• Enhance observability and reliability with tests and metrics.
• Assist with resume screening and interviews to grow the team.
