Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co. seeks a senior professional to oversee SFC-related operations, focusing on discretionary accounts and trading workflows. The candidate will manage front-to-back office processes and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, fluent English, and proficiency in Putonghua and Cantonese, with extensive liaising experience with SFC and regulatory bodies. HK-based, full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, banking, accounting, economics, business or related studies.
• Over 8 years operation experience in discretionary accounts.
• SFC RO 1, 2, with Type 9 is a plus.
• Experienced in liaise with SFC.
• Familiar with SFC licensing and Type 1,2,9 operation.
• Fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
