Qualifications

  • Proven outbound sales experience, ideally with another Electronic Money Institution.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the B2B space, particularly in FX, banking, or payments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Fluency in Cantonese – this is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and developing a pipeline of prospective clients across the APAC region.
  • Exploring regional markets to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sharing best practices with the existing team and providing leadership.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to start up our APAC sales team and to bring on new clients, as well as exploring both new and existing relationships in international markets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Creating and developing a pipeline of prospective clients across the APAC region, converting them into 3S Money account holders
  • Exploring regional markets across industries, geographies, and communities to identify growth opportunities
  • Sharing best practices with the existing team and providing leadership to drive collective success
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to strategise the rollout of existing and new products tailored to the APAC market
  • Designing and executing commercial strategies to increase company revenue
  • Signing up new partners and introducers to expand our network and reach
About you
  • Proven outbound sales experience, ideally with another Electronic Money Institution (EMI)
