Job summary

Reap, a global fintech company headquartered in Hong Kong, is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own end-to-end data domains, from underpinnings to dashboards and stakeholder engagement. You will drive pricing, forecasting, profitability analyses, and revenue opportunities in collaboration with business teams.

You will leverage SQL, a Snowflake data warehouse, and Metabase to build scalable metrics, validate numbers, and deliver actionable commercial recommendations that move the business

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of a business domain's data, metrics and reporting is required.
• Strong analytical judgment to derive decision-ready answers from ambiguous questions.
• Credible partner to commercial, finance, or risk teams in business conversations.
• Expert SQL and a solid semantic/metrics layer experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own your domains end to end from data to dashboard to stakeholder conversations.
• Deliver value-added analyses like pricing, forecasting, and profitability insights.
• Identify revenue opportunities and growth levers; translate into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with business teams as embedded decision support, not ticket queue work.
• Turn recurring questions into permanent dashboards, columns, or documentation.
• Design and maintain domain views and metric definitions in the Snowflake semantic layer.
• Build and own Metabase dashboards; ensure numbers are validated and reconciled.
• Lead enablement: documentation, training sessions, and stakeholder self-service.
