Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on development with React.js and/or Java.
• Experience in system design and architecture preferred.
• Proficient in React.js technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication abilities.
• Experience leading a team of programmers in troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing enhancements.
• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee enterprise-level application systems development with a focus on React.js frameworks.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical tasks and functional specifications.
• Track project requirements from inception to deliverables that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and resolve issues between requirements and technical tasks.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, QA teams, and other IT departments to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver effective solutions to customers.
