Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Oversight & Triple Constraints Manager to lead electronics programs for home appliances and consumer electronics. You will define milestones, monitor critical paths, and ensure delivery within time and budget constraints.

You will mentor multi-disciplinary hardware and software teams, drive PLM, DFx, and cross‑functional validation plans (EVT/DVT/PVT), and ensure compliance with CE, FCC and UL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Electronic Engineering in Home appliance, Consumer Electronic, Motor in Trading, Factory
• Familiar with safety standards, MCU hardware and software, digital and power electronics principles and SMT & PCBA operations
• 5 days stay in Shenzhen

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic engineering projects to ensure alignment with objectives, timelines and budget constraints.
• Establish milestones and monitor critical paths to mitigate risks and prevent scope creep.
• Lead hardware-software bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve complex bottlenecks.
• Supervise end-to-end development including schematic capture, PCB layout, firmware design, and system-level software integration.
• Collaborate with QA to define hardware/software validation plans (EVT/DVT/PVT) and secure regulatory compliances (CE, FCC, UL).
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams to develop robust product architectures.
