Job summary

Agilis Robotics Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior project manager to coordinate production-site activities and maintain the quality management system (ISO 13485). You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and clinical partners to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, documentation, preclinical coordination, vendor management, and driving root-cause analysis to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in a related discipline.
• 15+ years of working experience preferred.
• ISO 13485 internal auditor certification preferred.
• Strong technical background to understand complex engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in solution sourcing and procurement.
• Responsible, independent with strong problem-solving skills.
• Innovative and research-minded.

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning to maintain production sites and the quality management system.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Review and prepare comprehensive project documentation such as functional specifications, technical manuals, and test plans.
• Support project management and coordination with industrial and clinical partners.
• Coordination and execution of preclinical trials.
• Work with vendors and contractors to negotiate terms, facilitate site examinations, and ensure smooth procurement.
• Collaborate with R&D and clinical teams to incorporate user feedback and insights into product design and development.
• Identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, formulate solutions and execute the plan; estimate scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to define, design, and build applications.
• Support any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
