Job summary

Shui On Construction Company Limited is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to provide integrated engineering support and coordinate project activities. You will lead a team of engineers to supervise day-to-day construction works, ensuring timely completion with strong emphasis on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Engineering & Management or equivalent, with 8+ years of relevant experience and proactive, communicative skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Engineering & Management or equivalent, preferably with professional membership.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project coordination, progress monitoring and supervision.
• Experience in ASD Design and Build projects is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills; written English and Chinese proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated engineering support and project coordination for the assigned project.
• Lead a team of engineering staff to supervise day-to-day construction works to ensure timely completion with quality and safety.
