Job summary

Sun Fook Kong Construction Management Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Coordinator to support quality control and site coordination on major HKHA projects in Hong Kong.

You will assist the Quality Control Manager, coordinate shop drawings and method statements with HKHA professionals and subcontractors, monitor progress, and respond to queries as needed. A green card holder with relevant HKHA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years on HKHA projects.
• Green Card holder is required.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Coordinator.
• Experience coordinating with HKHA professionals and subcontractors on submissions and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist to Quality Control Manager to inspect and check the works.
• Coordinate with HKHA professionals and subcontractors on submission of shop drawings, materials, proposals and method statements.
• Monitor site progress and prepare programmes.
• Respond to queries.
