Job summary

Sensis Innovation Limited is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to maintain and update records, coordinate quotations, and support procurement activities in Hong Kong. You will work with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong organizational skills, independent work habits, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher diploma in Property Management, Building Studies or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or operations management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of handling competing priorities.
• Detailed-mind, responsible, well organized and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records of repair and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and material samples for product development.
• Support the project team in purchasing and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process and respond to emails and other correspondence.
• Handle and respond promptly to all clients' inquiries.
• Maintain inventory records and track material usage.
• Coordinate between project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery on time and within budget.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
