Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day engineering work, supervise progress, and coordinate activities at our construction projects in Hong Kong.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Engineering, with at least 6 years of site experience on commercial buildings. You will liaise with employers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Flexibility to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 years' site experience in project coordination for building projects.
• Able to liaise with employers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Experience in structural coordination and renovation/fit-out works is advantageous.
• Chartered HKIE (Building) / CIOB / HKICM preferable.
• Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts or night work.
• Location: Central or Lok Ma Chau.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day engineering work.
• Supervise work progress and coordinate activities at construction projects.
• Liaise with employers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to develop construction details and monitor site progress.
• Coordinate structural work and renovation/fit-out activities as required.
