American Express Hong Kong is seeking a risk-minded professional to support key projects, assess risks for new and existing products, and ensure operational and compliance controls are in place. You will identify process improvements, escalate issues timely, and partner with cross-functional and international teams to align with policies while strengthening the corporate product suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial card operation, product and marketing.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong risk awareness, attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues and exercise sound judgment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support key projects of the business, ORE and risk assessment of new / existing products, ensuring appropriate consideration of operational, compliance and control risks.
• Proactive identification of process improvement opportunities across the business, including potential control gaps and emerging risks, with timely escalation and follow-up.
• Partner with internal stakeholders / cross-function leaders to develop and execute proposal, ensuring alignment with applicable policies, procedures and control requirements.
• Work with International teams to improve the corporate product suite so as to enhance overall competitive positioning while supporting responsible business growth.
• Closely monitor portfolio KPIs and operational dynamics of the portfolio to ensure business objectives are met as well as optimal use of investment dollars, while proactively identifying and addressing potential operational risks and issues.
• Demonstrate a strong risk and control mindset in daily activities, with accountability, sound judgment and proactive escalation of potential risks or concerns.
