Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to drive product development and implementation of savings products, including traditional savings, Investment Linked and Universal Life. The role focuses on customer-centric outcomes, end-to-end ownership, and cross-team collaboration to enhance customer journeys.

The candidate will lead multi-channel product initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee the quality and timing of product materials and launches.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and explore new ideas for multi-channel distribution.
• Lead product design and development cycles per company strategy.
• Collaborate with channels to deliver product initiatives meeting business goals.
• Conduct focus groups with customers and frontline for testing ideas.
• Provide training and district visits on new product initiatives.
• Ensure materials meet regulatory guidelines and maintain quality timelines.
• Oversee product literature and review for accuracy from a product perspective.
• Lead maintenance tasks for existing products and post-implementation reviews.
