Job summary

CLP is seeking a high-caliber procurement professional to join the Commercial and Supply Chain Management function, focusing on Construction & Operations. The role supports end-to-end procurement across the source-to-pay lifecycle and collaborates with business stakeholders to create long-term category plans.

You will contribute to market engagements, contracting strategies, and supplier development while ensuring governance and compliance across procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Experience in executing sourcing strategy and contracting, costing and commercial management.
• QS qualification or experience is preferable.
• Membership/qualification from a procurement body is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Category expertise: support and implement category domain in Building Works and Construction services.
• Demand management: engage stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Category management: assist in long-term category business plans and procurement strategies.
• Sourcing & contracting: market research, evaluations, negotiations and post‑award management.
• Supplier management: support SRM framework and supplier development.
• Risk management: help develop supply chain strategies to manage supplier risk.
• Innovation and partnership: develop long‑term partnerships with strategic suppliers.
