MKS PAMP Group in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Operations Officer to oversee efficient execution of operational activities supporting the precious metals trading business. You will coordinate with European and APAC trade teams via the Geneva Head Office to ensure timely and accurate processes.

Key duties include managing post-trade activities, EOD validations, discrepancy handling, and coordinating across traders, logistics, and clients. Strong English, Excel skills, and ERP experience are required.

Competenze

• 4-7 years of work experience in financial operations, settlements, reconciliations, reporting or treasury.
• Exposure to ERP and IT systems is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
• Agile and flexible mindset, responsive to requests.
• Ability to interact with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Proficient with Excel and data handling.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Mansioni

• Execute operational processes accurately and timely, ensuring continuity of critical post-trade activities.
• Ensure End-of-Day (EOD) processes and trade validations are completed and reviewed.
• Investigate and document discrepancies, escalating issues promptly.
• Coordinate with traders, sales, logistics, systems teams and clients for effective communication.
• Manage and monitor physical precious metal deliveries and inventories.
• Verify documentation and ensure timely system updates for shipments.
• Prepare import/export declarations for overseas shipments.
• Provide operational coverage during staff leave and peak periods.
