Doris Dev HK Limited, a Hong Kong based company, is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager for a US company with HK presence. The role focuses on leading project requirements analysis, technical communication, proposal development, budgeting, and ensuring key milestones are met.

You will drive contract manufacturing project progress, manage costs, coordinate resources, and oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5–10 years of project management experience in consumer electronics
• Experience in product development and project management processes
• Experience in R&D project management preferred
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills
• Sense of responsibility and proven team management capabilities

Responsabilités

• Lead project requirements analysis, technical communication, project proposal development and budgeting
• Ensure achievement of key milestones and phase objectives and manage project cost control
• Conduct project risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Manage project resource allocation and coordinate resources to resolve issues
• Drive progress of contract manufacturing projects and ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Manage project team, assign tasks, and oversee recruitment, training and performance evaluation
