Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a highly experienced site supervisor to lead building projects on sizable contracts. The ideal candidate will hold TCP T1 (or higher) and a Safety Supervisors certificate, with 5+ years as a foreman and 3+ years on-site in building projects.

Diploma or higher certificates in Building Studies or Civil/Structural Engineering are preferred. Applicants should bring extensive supervisory exposure, including residential or hotel projects, and a proven track record managing

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 yrs' relevant exp in sizable contractors.
• Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent.
• TCP T1, T2, T3 certifications and Safety Supervisors certificate.
• Minimum 5 years as a General Foreman.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience in building projects.
• 5+ years at supervisory level, preferably in residential or hotel projects.
• Diploma / Higher Cert in Building Studies / Civil / Structural Engineering.
